Do you want high-tech chiropractic services at a low price?
Dr. Rocky Sexton of Integrity Chiropractic has recently introduced innovative bio-electrical impedance testing into his practice.
Sexton learned of this machine at a technology seminar in Columbus, Ohio, and decided to bring the technology home to West Virginia.
“I would suggest this to anyone who has been having any type of long-term problem — such as fatigue. Problems where other doctors have not been able to find out what’s going on,” Sexton said.
“We can get to core issues and the root of the problem. For example, some folks suffer from arthritic pain. It could be that maybe the liver isn’t functioning properly. Sometimes when it gets backed up and built up it can lead to arthritic conditions.”
The high-tech medical equipment combines science and natural medicine in a 20-minute non-invasive procedure.
“We can help folks so much more than just with their aches and pains. It’s a holistic type of care,” he said.
During the test, a metal probe touches the skin to measure electrical currents in the body at 58 key points on the hands and feet.
These currents, known as meridians, have been around for thousands of years in traditional Chinese acupuncture.
“We tap into those meridians that are each associated with different organs and body functions. By doing that we can tell areas of the body that are stressed or weakened — and where we might need support for that patient,” said Sexton.
The results of the test provides Sexton with a full analysis of the immune system, lung, thyroid, spleen, liver, joints, heart and lymphatic system among many others.
