PHILADELPHIA—Dr. Neil H Hollander, 55, of Huntingdon Valley, PA, was condemned now to one year and one day in jail for health caring fraud, mail fraud, and creation fake statements in a health caring matter, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. Hollander, who confirmed a chiropractic bureau during a Hollander Chiropractic Center in Philadelphia, billed Independence Blue Cross (“IBC”) approximately $ 914,503.19 for chiropractic treatments that he had not indeed rendered to a insured patients. IBC paid approximately $304,096.28.
