CollaborateMD Releases 8.3 Version of Medical Billing Software to All Users

Oct 21, 2009 – ORLANDO, FL. – CollaborateMD, a leading provider of hybrid SaaS practice management and medical billing software for physician offices and third-party billing services, today rolled out the stable release of 8.3, an update that remained in beta for the past three months while users were encouraged to test and report their experiences.

In addition to stringent internal testing by CollaborateMD’s quality assurance department, feedback was collected from customers via the newly launched user portal forums which enables users to gather together, share ideas, collaborate on issues, promote product innovation, and increase awareness and understanding of product features. Responses were carefully monitored by the production and development teams, and necessary changes were quickly made.
