Question: Why did you become a chiropractor and how long have you been practicing?

Answer: In 1996 I quit working in the field of law because I didn't feel like I was actually helping people. At that point, I decided to become a chiropractor.

Q: What type of injuries do you treat/work with?

A:In my practice, I focus on the person's health as a whole. I evaluate each person as to structural, physiological and emotional imbalances.

So, along with the typical back and neck pains, I strive to figure out what all of the symptoms might be pointing to and what will be the best route to fix the underlying problem.

Q: What are the most common injuries or complaints people come in with?

A: The most common are low-back and neck pain complaints along with requests for help with nutrition and exercise. In addition, I see quite a few conditions that people have not been able to get help with elsewhere like digestion, neuropathy, vertigo, allergies, migraines, etc.

Q: Have you seen an increase in aches and pains as people get more stressed out in this economy? How can you tell if it's a stress or something else causing the problem?

A: There has been a marked increase in noninjury-related complaints in the last year. Stress is a huge factor in our health. As we continue to worry over the economy, job losses or cutbacks and foreclosures, our organs begin to bear the stress.
