APPLETON — An Appleton chiropractor has been charged in Outagamie County with sexually assaulting a female patient.

Keith J. Oudenhoven, 51, W5987 Hearthstone Drive, was charged Friday with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault for the May 11 incident in his E. College Avenue office. His initial court appearance is set for Sept. 8.

Oudenhoven is accused of inappropriately touching a 44-year-old woman during a massage.

The woman told police she went to his office that day for a massage. She was greeted by Oudenhoven, who was wearing jeans, a shirt and flip flops.

She said Oudenhoven had her lay face down on the massage table just wearing her bra and panties. She asked for, and received a blanket to cover herself.

During the massage the woman removed her bra and Oudenhoven removed her underwear.

Oudenhoven then left the room and returned stripped down to a pair of shorts.

She told police Oudenhoven repeated several times "You make me feel so happy. Can I show you how happy I am?"
