A local chiropractor accused of raping and molesting a female family member and inappropriately touching four female patients is again a wanted man.

A warrant was issued for 38-year-old Robert Matthew Nolan’s arrest on Friday after he allegedly violated a protection order against his wife.

Shannon Nolan reported that she received a package June 29 which was addressed to her child from her estranged husband, according to a probable-cause affidavit. The package supposedly contained gifts, notes and letters to his children.

That is a violation of a protective order Nolan’s wife and children filed against him when allegations of his misconduct arose. The warrant states that Nolan is charged with class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy in Floyd County Superior Court No. 3.

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson announced earlier this month he had filed charges of class B felony rape, class C felony child molesting and two counts of class D felony child seduction against Nolan.
